I lost my iPhone, and quickly purchased a Samsung phone. When I went to Verizon to activate it, they said that since this new one was a Samsung and NOT an iPhone phone, all my contacts could not be transferred to it - and I quote, "Lady it's like you were driving a Ford before, and now you're  driving a Chevy."

Then a friend of mine mentioned Steven at DAYWEB in Hilton Head, and WOOHOO!!!!!! He was able to transfer ALL my contact (over 800 hundred of them) to my Samsung. I couldn't have been more happy at that moment! And the icing on the cake was WHAT he charged me- such  reasonable pricing for his time.  I highly recommend DAYWEB in Hilton Head - fantastic service- great pricing!!!!

It is not easy to find a reliable service, people you can trust without the fear getting into a sales trap. We discovered Dayweb Technology since I acquired a new device which I wanted to be aligned with my existing network. The old device stopped working and I had the fear for losing a lot of valuable information. I found a small office with friendly people. They solved all my IT problems in a very short time and at a reasonable cost. Not being a computer expert that might not be a great benchmark. Steven and Miles explained in a very calm matter the problems, installed the new device and aligned it with my network. I strongly can recommend this group of high skilled people to you. We certainly will continue using their service, considering even some training classes to improve simple computer skills.

I have been working with Steve for about 10 years. He listens first, and then makes the repairs as needed, in a timely manner, and at a very reasonable cost.  Steve is very patient, and speaks in plain English. In the past several years I have also worked with his great staff, most recently Miles. I managed to break my laptop, and Miles helped me select a new laptop that suits my personal needs. The price was right, and he also transferred all of my data to the new computer. I would highly recommend Dayweb for computer repair and also  computer skill guidance.

Took iPhone 5s to Day Web for battery replacement on Friday morning. A replacement battery was in stock. Technician stated the replacement would take about 45 minutes but give them an hour to make sure work would be completed upon return. Returned in an hour and phone was being charged. In addition, case had been re-installed properly as well. Two days later, battery and phone working well. Work was done well, promptly and at a reasonable price. Discount is also given for paying in cash; rare these days. From this experience, I will take my other Apple products to them for any needed repair.

We just moved to HHI and both work from home so we must have fast and reliable computers.  After several months of super slow loading and two failed trips to the "Genius" Bar at my local Apple store before we moved, I took my Mac into Dayweb as a last ditch effort before buying a new machine.  In just a couple of hours they called me with their findings, then fixed all the issues and had it back to me before end of day.  It hasn't worked this well since it was brand new and I couldn't be more pleased!  Dayweb will be a valuable resource for us as we settle into life/work here on HHI.  Thanks so much!

It’s very hard to find a company these days that will still convert VHS to DVD. The fellows at Dayweb Tech Support were able to make 2 copies of my tapes with excellent quality. I didn’t think that it was even possible but I was wrong. They were even able to put my old VHS tapes on an external USB flash drive. Now when I go on business trips I can just plug it into my thin laptop that does not have a CD/DVD drive and watch. Thanks guys!

I asked the guys at Dayweb Tech Support to look over my business website to see how it could be improved. They completely changed everything about our company website. They even designed it so that it displays great on every sized screen from PCs to tablets to phones. I don’t know how they did it. Anyway, after the first 3 days that the new site had been up we had gotten 3 new clients that said they chose our business specifically because of the great website.

I was visiting friends on Hilton Head for a week while my kids had vacation from school. When we came down from West Virginia my daughter’s iPad mini had been mishandled and the screen cracked. I accidentally dropped my phone iPhone 5 while I was heading to lunch at noon today. I was so upset that I had dropped it and that the screen had cracked. I couldn’t believe that it had happened to me as I normally am really careful with my phone – and everything else. I need it to do my work as a salesman – it has all my contacts that aren’t on my computer. I was distraught that I was unable check my emails, texts and messages. I couldn’t even make a phone call. I didn’t want to have to send my phone off for repair, and I didn’t have insurance coverage that provided a loaner.

One morning I woke up and went to check my e-mail. I could not figure out why my computer was saying no Internet access. I decided to check email on my iPad since it did not work on my computer. It worked perfectly. I called a friend of mine who recommended that I called Dayweb Tech Support. I called them and after 15 minutes on the phone they had diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. It turns out a setting in my network had somehow gotten turned off. I can’t believe how fast they found the problem and I really appreciated the very fair price the charged. I continue to send them referrals because they know what they’re doing and go out of their way to be helpful.

These guys are great! I needed a new computer, but didn’t know exactly what to do. My friend has told me to call Dayweb Tech Support. They helped me select a appropriate new computer and set it up. They were able to take all of my information from my old, slow, Dell computer and move it to my new computer. They installed it in my home with a new printer, they even put all my programs that I needed back on it. They even made this Windows 8 computer act like my old one so that it looked familiar and I could easily find my programs and files. Thanks so much guys.

My home computer just went black as I was in the middle of doing work. I tried turning if off and then powering it back on and still nothing. I called Dayweb Tech Support since they were able to help me in the past. They always deliver excellent service. They were able to diagnose that my hard drive had crashed. Even so, they were able to recovery what little bit of data that was still available and create a backup. They prepared a new hard drive and copied my stuff onto the new drive they had just prepared and installed. They were able to help right away which allowed me get my deadline in on time and at a very fair price. Thanks, you guys are still the best!
