  1. It’s very hard to find a company these days that will still convert VHS to DVD. The fellows at Dayweb Tech Support were able to make 2 copies of my tapes with excellent quality. I didn’t think that it was even possible but I was wrong. They were even able to put my old VHS tapes on an external USB flash drive. Now when I go on business trips I can just plug it into my thin laptop that does not have a CD/DVD drive and watch. Thanks guys!

  2. I asked the guys at Dayweb Tech Support to look over my business website to see how it could be improved. They completely changed everything about our company website. They even designed it so that it displays great on every sized screen from PCs to tablets to phones. I don’t know how they did it. Anyway, after the first 3 days that the new site had been up we had gotten 3 new clients that said they chose our business specifically because of the great website.

    The amount of business and sales increased by 25% beginning the first couple of days after the revamped website had been put up on the web. We still get new business because of the new site design. Our business has grown directly as a result of your great work. Thanks guys for the excellent service – we greatly appreciate it.

  3. I was visiting friends on Hilton Head for a week while my kids had vacation from school. We came down from West Virginia my daughter’s iPad mini had been mishandled and the screen cracked. My wife and I looked on the web to try a find a local repair shop. We hoped that we could get it fixed quickly while we were still here, and all that kept coming up was Dayweb Tech Support. After reading some reviews I decided to give them a call. They were able to get my Ipad mini back to me the next day. It looked like new and my daughter was ecstatic! Thanks a million for saving the day.

  4. I accidentally dropped my phone iPhone 5 while I was heading to lunch at noon today. I was so upset that I had dropped it and that the screen had cracked. I couldn’t believe that it had happened to me as I normally am really careful with my phone – and everything else. I need it to do my work as a salesman – it has all my contacts that aren’t on my computer. I was distraught that I was unable check my emails, texts and messages. I couldn’t even make a phone call. I didn’t want to have to send my phone off for repair, and I didn’t have insurance coverage that provided a loaner.

    I went to my office computer and looked online for local repair shops hoping that someone could help me right away. When I came across Dayweb Tech Support they even offered to pickup my phone. They arrived at my office right away at 1:00pm and dropped it back off to me later the same evening, not to mention they kept me informed on the status of my phone and how long it would be until it was fixed – I was a wreck without it. The phone looked like new when I got it back. I was thrilled at their professionalism and responsiveness. They got me back in business faster than I thought possible.   5. One morning I woke up and went to check my e-mail. I could not figure out why my computer was saying no Internet access. I decided to check email on my iPad since it did not work on my computer. It worked perfectly. I called a friend of mine who recommended that I called Dayweb Tech Support. I called them and after 15 minutes on the phone they had diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. It turns out a setting in my network had somehow gotten turned off. I can’t believe how fast they found the problem and I really appreciated the very fair price the charged. I continue to send them referrals because they know what they’re doing and go out of their way to be helpful.

  6. These guys are great! I needed a new computer, but didn’t know exactly what to do. My friend has told me to call Dayweb Tech Support. They helped me select a appropriate new computer and set it up. They were able to take all of my information from my old, slow, Dell computer and move it to my new computer. They installed it in my home with a new printer, they even put all my programs that I needed back on it. They even made this Windows 8 computer act like my old one so that it looked familiar and I could easily find my programs and files. Thanks so much guys.

  7. My home computer just went black as I was in the middle of doing work. I tried turning if off and then powering it back on and still nothing. I called Dayweb Tech Support since they were able to help me in the past. They always deliver excellent service. They were able to diagnose that my hard drive had crashed. Even so, they were able to recovery what little bit of data that was still available and create a backup. They prepared a new hard drive and copied my stuff onto the new drive they had just prepared and installed. They were able to help right away which allowed me get my deadline in on time and at a very fair price. Thanks, you guys are still the best!
